NHS Individual Placement and Support Cheshire & Wirral

For Employers
Why is IPS important for employers?
Now more than ever it is vitally important for businesses to support workforce mental health. Promoting workplace wellbeing can benefit your business by reducing absenteeism and staff turnover, helping you improve productivity and combat increasing recruitment costs.
Our IPS employer partners benefit from the support of our Employment Specialists, who bring a wealth of expertise on disability employment including reasonable adjustments, employee and employer rights, and additional funding available to employers. We can help provide your business with new staff who are passionate about working for you, with ongoing support to make sure that they thrive and perform.
We provide our employer partners with:
- Skilled candidates who want to work for your business
- Guidance on supporting your workforce, their wellbeing and specific mental health conditions
- Information on applying for Access to Work funding to further support employees
- On-site visits and support phone calls when required
We deliver IPS on behalf of NHS Cheshire and Merseyside, helping improve workforce health in the region. Working with us as an IPS employer is the ideal opportunity to give something back to your community and support our NHS.
